Pastor Shrock is a life-long resident of Goshen and has been a member of First Baptist since his youth. He has attended Indiana University and holds a teachers diploma from Evangelical Training Association.

Pastor Shrock is also an Executive Associate with Word Of Life Youth Ministries and a NANC trained Biblical Counselor. He served at FBC as a Lay Youth Leader for over 18 years before coming on Pastoral Staff in 2001. In 1982 he founded The Korner Kids Puppet Team which has won national honors and has traveled extensively throughout the central US holding Bible Schools and other programs.

Pastor Shrock conducts Seminars on Youth Ministry, Puppeteering and Scripture Memory at Word of Life Conferences on a regular basis and is an Editor for Word Of Life Curriculum.
